Benefits of Daily Exercise - We called it GREEN EXERCISE because we believe going green means taking care of your body.
I always new about benefits of physical exercise.For years I workout out on a daily basis.
However, when age started to creep in and it creeps in like a spider after a prey.
It seems I woke up one day and I was over 55 years old, muscles hurting, and stomach popping out.
I never dreamed it could happen to me but it did. I was so out of shape, over weight and out of breathe.
One day I decided to start working out again and it was extremely hard to get started but I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.
So, I started slowly doing one push up a day, then two and gradually worked my way back. I am not as strong as I once was and I am not in as good of shape as I believe I can be but thank God I am better than I was.
I started looking for videos to watch on daily exercise workout and I found this great site on the net which help me a lot. Exercise TV On this site I found a bunch of really cool videos I could follow.
I started doing a few wondering if I would ever be able to breathe again. After a few work outs I started to feel a little stronger and my muscles, bones and joints felt better.
I also started taking a few vitamen supplements which seemed to help a lot with my energy level
I would like to live to be ?????. I am not really sure how old I want to be but I do know I want to feel good on the journey.
Yes, it is hard to get started but you deserve the best life you can have.
Exercise, daily exercise is part a must of you plan on having a healthy heart and body.
