Build a Website - I never dreamed I could build a successful website but with SBI teaching me I have achieved what I thought was impossible. Don't get me wrong I have not arrived at where I am going with my site but I have come further than I ever dreamed. Today, 4/18/2010, only six months after starting this project "GOING GREEN FOR LIFE!" we are doing great.

Building a website is not easy work, I promise. This has been one of the hardest projects I ever attempted. On my desk I have this turtle which speaks to me from time to time. No, not a real turtle it is a glass turtle. The turtle tells me to slow down. It tells me this is not a get rich quick endeavor. This is a slow "BUSINESS BUILDING" process.

If you think you are going to build a website and get rich fast this is not for you.

Build a website, work from home, and get rich is a worthy dream but this dream happens in slow motion. E-commerce is a highly competitive field and you will need someone to show you the way.

I am grateful I found SBI. I am not trying to sell you on SBI. However, for me, SBI is just what I needed to build a work from home business. They tell me the truth and coach me along one day at a time.

I get extremely frustrated at times. I want my site to make money right now but it has not happened in that manner. It is slowly and deliberately moving towards profitability like a turtle.

You want instructions on how to build a website? Maybe you think you can build a website, a profitable website with one of the free sites then go ahead build a website with a free site builder. WHEN YOU HAVE FAILED COME BACK.

I started out to build a website without reading or following the instructions. If you decide to build a website using SBI I suggest you read and listen to the instructions.

Traffic - I had built little free sites before, in fact I built a ton of them but the sad truth was the little free sites where only pictures and words on the net, NO ONE EVER FOUND THEM. What good is a website if no person on earth ever sees it.Today we have at least 30 countries visiting our site. Today, we are averaging over 586 first time visitors a day, 486 unique visitors a day and one day we had 600 page views. People are coming and reading and profiting from our site. WE ARE GROWING SO FAST I CAN'T KEEP UP WITH IT.

Money - I didn't start this project with money in mind. I wanted to inform the public concerning environmental issues and that was about it. However, we have had companies seek us out to buy advertising.

Non-Technological - I am not a techie. I mean I know enough to check my email and but I never dreamed I could actually build a site. Today, I know html code, flash, and other things I could never learn. Now, you don't have to become a teckie but I like to learn.

SBI gives you all you need at a fraction of the cost others charge for small business websites. Believe me, SBI provides it all. I am still learning and SBI is still teaching me how to build better pages. My rating with Alexa sort moves up and down but we are still ranked in the top 1%. I love the SBI concept and believe in it with all my heart.
