Some say it is to late to reduce global warming.

I disagree, we will reduce harmful emissions and we will see our climate return to normal.

Don't give up and don't give in we will win if we keep a positive attitude of faith. Faith plays a major part in any undertaking.

Do you have the faith it takes to change the world one person at a time? Together, with God's help, we will stand up and move this mountain. We can reduce our carbon footprint.

Simple Tips For Reduction

  1. Turn off all electric "Stuff". I couldn't think of the word so stuff will have to work. Turn off the TV, radio, CD player, Computer or put it to sleep, turn off everything you can like lights, hair curlers, and anything else that turns off.

  2. Turn down your water heater a little. Don't get crazy with this one, keep the water hot but a few degrees will make a big difference. Are you going to do this or just moan about global warming. Do it!

  3. Don't heat the house when you are not in the house. You folks who in live in cold country may need to keep the house warm in winter but turn the heat as far down as you can and stay safe.

  4. Wash full loads of clothes and dishes. Don't wash one cup or one pair of pants. Get a full load and then wash.

Automobile, Airplane Travel

Travel contributes a large amount of Co2 into the atmosphere.

We need to focus on reducing our travel methods when we can.

  1. Car pool when possible. I know you don't like to talk in the mornings and you hate old Tom but it saves money and reduces your carbon footprint so try car pooling.

  2. Use the bus or train if possible. Just think you will not have to worry about those traffic jams.

  3. Walk or ride a bike. You have been wanting to lose a little weight. Now is your big chance.

  4. See if you can work from home. The boss might be glad to get rid of you one day a week.

  5. Reduce your air flights. Only travel when it is necessary.

I hope these few tips will help you get started or continue in the process of reducing your own footprint.
