Foot Pain - My feet are long, narrow and hurt most of the time.
At times it seems like my feet go numb.
For about 6 months I could not get the brand of shoes I needed in the right size and color.
The company had stopped making my shoes.
Oh me, let me tell you, I looked here and there and everywhere to find a shoe that worked for my odd feet.
Oh, I forgot to tell you that I am flat footed.

OK, so many things can cause pain in your feet however the primary causes of aching feet are shoes that don't feet, over exercising and medical problems. Gosh, that sure is simple.
For me, I have found the right shoe in the right size makes all the difference in the world. I tried those shoe insert pads which go into shoes but the only thing that help my poor aching feet was the right shoe. Finally, I was able to find a pair of shoes that worked.
