Swine Flu: Prevention - Vitamins and Organic Food

The Swine Flu is the focus of the media these days. Is there anything to worry about or is it just the drug companies promoting an illness for more profit? What can I do to protect my family and myself?

This virus called swine flu (H1N1) is causing many problems both for people who get the virus and for those trying to figure out the truth. Is it as serious as reported? Do you, your kids need a vaccine? Who is making the big bucks of this illness? I am going to attempt to answer these questions. I use the word attempt because a lot of controversy surrounds (H1N1). Even the name if of the virus is even being debated around the world. Some nations call it the Mexican flu and others the American flu and it gets confusing. I don't know what to call the dang virus but I think it is real and the question on many minds is what can I do to prevent the swine flu.

I was eating supper or dinner as it is it called in some areas of the USA. What ever it is called I was eating my meal, minding my own business and suddenly without any warning I read the back cover of a Doritos bag. No, it wasn't me eating junk food it was my wife. Well, I did eat a few of the spicy, little critters. Oh well, I have a long way to go before I go completely green in my diet.
