Green House - Grow in the Snow
Anyone can build a green house. Green houses are an excellent way to grow your own organic food, plants and flowers. You can grow tomatoes, beans, or any type plant in the snow. Well, maybe not in the snow but when it is snowing, raining or even with no rain you can grow green with a green house.
In this report, the green house we will discuss is the kind you use to grow food, plants or flowers. Eventually we will discuss the "Green House" which involves ways to turn your living space, home into a more effective, environmentally safe place to abide. Now, that we are all on the same page let us continue with green houses, the place you grow good, green food.

What is a Green House?
Maybe I should assume everyone is knowledgeable about green houses but to be safe let's just review how a green house works.
First, green houses come in all shapes and sizes and can build out of just about any type building material including PVC pipe.
How they work
A greenhouse (also called a glasshouse) is a building where plants are cultivated.
A greenhouse is a structure with a glass or plastic roof and frequently glass or plastic walls; it heats up because incoming solar radiation from the sun warms plants, soil, and other things inside the building faster than heat can escape the structure. Air warmed by the heat from hot interior surfaces is retained in the building by the roof and wall. These structures range in size from small sheds to very large buildings. Green House - Defined
Build You Own GreenHouse
According to my research greenhouse growing has been around for centuries and is currently being used all over the world.
Greenhouse or glasshouse is one word and I keep typing it as two words. Anyways, if you want to get into the green movement with a green house it is possible.
You can place a green growing machine in just about any place from the backyard, garage, bathroom, or even in the bedroom. The sky is the limit with these things.
I don't have a green house but I am sure thinking about building one. You can find all sorts of information on the web about greenhouse growing and I am going to give you a few links on how to build your own growing station.
This year we did grow a few veggies in our garden. I say our garden, it was actually a few pots on the porch. We did not get many vegetables but we sure learned how to not grow vegetables. We are sort of new to growing our own food but we are learning. It is funny we didn't think about fertilizing with anything until it was too late. Yes, next year we will have our own compost pile so we don't have to use toxic fertilizers. But, this year we... well we made a few mistake.
Last night my wife cooked our summer crop. It filled up one full bowl. We had a few small eggplants, a couple of squash, and a couple of little bitty tomatoes the size of marbles and two bell peppers the size of golf balls. I know it sounds bad but it did taste great. She fried them with olive oil. I am sure glad I didn't have to survive on our summer vegetable garden.
However, with the greenhouse we are going to build we can grow crops all year rounded. I haven't told my wife about the greenhouse yet but I am sure she will be excited to know we will have more veggies coming.
Be sure to take a look at the links. I like the idea of using PVC pipe to build a green house. I think I could actually build one with my wife's help.
Good luck with all your growing green efforts. Several ways to build your own greenhouse
