Rain Pollution Run off pollution is a problem on the Central Coast of California. Rain is the life blood of our world and our oceans. On the Central coast of California we look forward to the rain. The problem is with the rain pollution run off is it carries tons of pollutions, toxic chemical straight from the farmlands directly into our oceans. These toxic chemicals are killing many of our sea creatures. Rain pollution is a problem which must be stopped.
